Greg Fontanilla

Greg Fontanilla is a journalist who has won numerous awards as an editor, photographer and reporter with The Union, an award-winning newspaper publication in Torrance, Calif. He is currently serving as editor-in-chief of Warrior Life magazine and formerly served as EIC for The Union. In addition, he has experience working as an editor for the publication's sports and photo desk. He was part of the staff that won first place in the nation in the "Best Two-year College Newspaper" category presented by the College Media Association in 2023. Outside of journalism, he enjoys taking landscape photos with his camera, staying physically active at the gym and is an avid outdoorsman. Greg is also a passionate Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioner, with 3.5 years of experience under his belt.
